Meditation on the One Life
One of the main concepts in Theosophy is that, ultimately speaking, there is only one life and Self animating everything in the universe. Although consciousness in most of us is constrained to work through what we call “ourselves,” this limit is not intrinsic to consciousness itself. It is perfectly possible to perceive the one life as it manifests in any creature because there is no real boundary for consciousness, as all mystics have told us.
