Meditation in the Heart

The heart is highly regarded in most spiritual traditions. In Theosophical literature this organ is considered to be the representative of spiritual consciousness in the physical body. In this technique, the aspirant gets in touch with his higher nature by placing the attention on the etheric center related to the heart.
