Meditation on the Master
The object of this meditation is to put before the eyes of the aspirant an ideal of perfection, an example of a being that expresses perfectly certain spiritual characteristics. In the Theosophical tradition the object is usually a Master of Wisdom, but the aspirant can also meditate on either his Higher Self, a Deity, Sage, or Holy person.
